- Qualimed Adds State-of-the Art Production Lines
We have successfully installed and put into operation a new production line imported
from the United States. Boasting a capacity for manufacturing an additional $2 million USD
worth of gauze related products, this line will enable us to meet our global customers'
increasing demands. Within the next several years,
Qualimed will add a new production line for dyeing and processing, and another for the
production of absorbent gauze balls. Upon completion of these line expansion projects,
Qualimed will be capable of producing over $30 million USD worth of surgical dressings per
year.
- New QA Certification - EN46002
Qualimed's dedication to world-class quality assurance has reached another milestone.
We have successfully completed all requirements
for EN46002, and have received certification by the end of 1999.
- New Products
Our ongoing commitment to fulfilling the surgical dressings needs of
our customers has spawned several new product lines. These products, to be launched this
year, include:
- First-Aid Kits
- Bandages (Several New Types)
- Absorbent Gauze Patches
